Emmet Park
Emmet Park is located on Bay Street in the Upper Factor's Walk area. It is a long park that has a few monuments and small fountains in it. It does have excellent oaks, moss, and easy access to River Street, Factors walk upper and lower (cobblestones and more old city look) HOWEVER, Bay Street is the main truck route from the island and the city to the ports. So it is very noisy and also has a lot of foot traffic on the sidewalks on either side. It's very pretty though and if you're up for a walk (wear or bring flats for any walking on the cobblestones or River Street!) some awesome photos can be taken. It is extremely hard to park around this area and a bit dicey to cross Bay Street. Though as you can see from the photos, some cool stuff can be had here. It is also adjacent to Morrell Park which is on River Street.
